Sobre a ask - Ainda em Customize, apos aplicar o tema, clique em Community. Selecione a opcao Let people ask questions e pronto. Talvez funcione.
Sobre mudar o The Blogger - Va em Theme, onde voce cola o codigo, e aperte ctrl+f. Vai abrir uma pequena barrinha logo acima da barra de tarefas do seu pc. Digite The Blogger no espaco dessa barrinha, e estas palavras ser'ao localizadas dentre o c[odigo do tema. Apague APENAS o The Blogger e digite o que deseja. Se apagar algo a mais do que o The Blogger, seu tema ficar[a desregulado. (E desculpem os erros, meu teclado sucks.)
